Agreement

These terms govern your use of Raisable at beraisable.com (“the service”). Raisable is provided by NOBS Digital B.V.(“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Netherlands. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

What Raisable is — and isn't

Raisable scores the information you give us against a fundraising readiness framework and returns an Investability Report. The report is our opinion, generated with the help of an AI model.

It is not investment advice, financial advice, or legal advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to invest in or fund any company. Nothing in it creates a relationship between you and any investor. Investors named or described in a report have no involvement in producing it and have not endorsed you.

Accuracy and AI output

Your report is produced by an AI model reading your answers and your deck. Models of this kind can misread documents, miss context, and state things confidently that are wrong. Two similar companies can receive different scores, and the same company can score differently if it resubmits with different wording.

Treat the report as a structured second opinion to think with — not as a fact about your company, and not as a prediction of whether you will raise. We make no guarantee of any fundraising outcome.

Your content

You keep all rights to everything you submit, including your pitch deck. You give us permission to use it only to generate your report and operate the service. We do not use your deck or your answers to train AI models, and we do not share them with investors or other users — see our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, and that doing so doesn't breach anyone else's confidence or rights. Please don't upload other people's confidential material.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit information you know to be false in order to manipulate a score, or submit material you have no right to share;
• attempt to extract our scoring framework, prompts, or model behaviour, or use the service to build a competing product;
• automate, scrape, or bulk-submit against the service, or work around its rate limits;
• attempt to access reports that aren't yours, or disrupt the service for anyone else.

Access to your report

Your report lives at a private link tied to your email address. Anyone opening it on a different device has to confirm that email first. If you forward the link and the report is seen by someone you didn't intend, that is outside our control.

Plans and pricing

Your first Investability Report is free. Paid reports, where offered, are shown with their price before you buy. A paid report is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. We may change our prices; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Payment and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoices and receipts, and adds VAT or sales tax where it applies. Paddle's checkout and emails show NOBS Digital B.V., the company that provides Raisable.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us at hi@nobsdigital.com or Paddle at paddle.net within 14 days of payment, and it will be refunded through Paddle.

Our intellectual property

The Raisable name, the site, the scoring framework, and the report format belong to NOBS Digital B.V.. Your report is yours to use however you like, including sharing it with investors.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost funding, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service or from decisions made on the basis of a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending your use

You can stop using Raisable at any time and ask us to delete your data — see our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if these terms are being broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means accepting the update.
